About Rob Dahl
With my many years of combined experience in environmental, health, safety, security and emergency management, I have developed a unique and diverse skill set that enables me to work in any setting under the most critical conditions. My experience includes, construction, manufacturing, health care, park and visitor venues, academia, fire and life safety services, law enforcement and more.I have served as an adjunct college professor, a trusted consultant, and a subject matter expert in various fields of EHS and emergency management, as well as serving as an award-winning trainer and speaker. I am passionate about organizational development, workforce development, collaboration, health and wellness, workplace safety and philanthropy. My mission is to protect and empower people, communities, and businesses through EHS excellence in action. I have led the development and execution of EHS strategies, programs, and policies for a global organization with more than employees, and have applied my expertise in workplace safety and security, emergency management, environmental compliance, health ad wellness, hazardous materials, and risk management to ensure compliance, safety, and sustainability across multiple regions and business units. Under my leadership, my teams have built and maintained world class safety cultures, significantly reducing hazards, risk and the numbers of incidents and injuries experienced by our workforce.
