ABOUT ROB CUNDY

I have extensive experience of working in the public sector, commercial, logistics and retail sectors - along with work on schools, and large scale residential properties. I have worked on workplace strategies, and the refurbishment of existing buildings. I have also worked on masterplanning projects, sustainable design work, and specialises in technical delivery. I have worked throughout the UK, including projects in Scotland under the Building Warrant system. He also has experience of undertaking site surveys and the preparation of option studies and feasibility reports to assist client decision processes.I have been responsible for the technical delivery of projects, as well as co-management of the studio, and have had involvement in all aspects of the office, from marketing, fee bidding, and client liaison.I am an RIBA Chartered Architect. I qualified in Architecture in 1996, and obtained my BArch in both at Newcastle University (Part I & II). I subsequently attained my Part at Leeds Metropolitan University (now Leeds Beckett University). I have gained experience working for several architectural practices in the UK, including Colwyn Foulkes (London), Stephen George & Partners (Leeds) and Architecture 519 (Leeds), I worked on masterplanning, commercial and residential projects in London and the Home Counties. I also have experience in conservation architecture, working with the Architect to Peterborough Cathedral
