I am a workforce & business development strategist, program manager, and talent consultant. Understanding that partnerships are a key to success, I have built solid relationships, and work with some amazing people and American businesses to provide solutions to our Transitioning Service Member, Veteran, and Military Spouse employment and economic challenges.I have created numerous training, education, and development opportunities for Transitioning Service Members, leveraging DOW SkillBridge, and Military Spouses, and Veterans, through Federal, State and various public-private resources and partnerships. I continue to advise, counsel, coach, mentor, and advocate for them in the business world.I have earned a solid reputation for connecting transitioning Military Leaders, Veterans, and Military Spouses with corporate and public roles in businesses who are looking to infuse their management pipeline with military talent.Some things I have done:• I led the project team that developed and launched the Corporate Fellowship Program in 2015, which is now a national program, which has served over Service Members at multiple military bases, in all branches of the military and their spouses.• I work collaboratively with Fortune 500 companies to arrange to host over 150 Service Members on average per year in corporate fellowship management type roles. Consult with key corporate partners (talent managers, hiring managers, directors) in these companies to coordinate program objectives and maximize participation and outcomes.• I have utilized funding from two United States Department of Labor grants valued at $5.5 and $2.5 million respectively, to develop and deliver multiple career skills training programs for transitioning military Service Members. Worked with non-profit organizations, private companies, and colleges & universities to create training curriculums, presentation materials, and assessment tools.I am a candid, creative, servant-leader recognized for- Program development and management- Veteran outreach strategy- Business and community engagement- Data Research, refining, and analysis- Event planning- Oral & written communication- Program Outreach, Sourcing, & Talent Acquisition
