Experienced Non Executive Director. Founder and CEO of Tangent Synergy Limited For the majority of my professional career, I sought to develop the health and well-being of people as my essential business approach. By providing strategic planning and consultation that increases growth and transparency, I have innovated the working culture of not-for-profit and corporate companies. My collaborative leadership with colleagues provides direction across campaigns designed to empower employees. I accomplish the corporate vision of my partners by utilising strategies that increase commercial growth and expand international operations. My key areas of expertise include: Entrepreneurial Insight Business Transformation Stakeholder Engagement Corporate Culture Strategic Partnerships Corporate Vision Execution Campaign Leader & Culture Development Expert Openness, integrity and innovation are essential to any and all business models but most important for companies and organisations that seek to make meaningful change in people’s lives. I innovate the operations of companies that strive to develop essential services or humanitarian efforts. My campaigns engage stakeholders and interests, ensuring long-term sustainability. I am currently advising 36 directors and senior executives in accomplishing ambitious campaigns that further these efforts. There is no greater success than that of a start-up with ambitious and visionary goals. An essential campaign to this goal was the Cancer Research UK, advising the CEO and Director of Fundraising in the creation of the new Francis Crick Institute. This institute was a £100 million campaign striving for progress in research goals. Each success means direct resources for research that benefits lives and makes a difference. For Merlin, another partner, I provided a refocus and broadening of donor engagement strategies that supported the brand and sub-brands. My goal is to craft the resource and funding necessary for ambitious companies. Expert in corporate governance and board best practice. If you need a Non-Executive Director with a record for international expansion and corporate culture innovation, please connect with me or message c••••••••@aol.com.
