   Develop the money work stream within the Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA) system to streamline the financial activities, including payment processing and financial reconciliation, for life insurance products. Support operations for life products by resolving defects, addressing transaction related issues, and identify root causes to implement long-term fixes to ensure system stability and compliance. Collaborate with operations, business areas, and developers to define product vision, user acceptance testing, and create financial feature packages. Translate complex financial and technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories for developers and testers, ensuring alignment with business goals. Work with Operations to prioritize and solve incidents, defects and minor enhancements. Training my team of Business Analysts, Technology Analysts, Devs, and Testers on how to leverage AI in their day to day work.
