Accountable for supporting the design, implementation and administration of executive reward programs to meet identified organizational objectives by executing programs, monitoring trends, conducting analysis and providing insights to support decision making. The Specialist is the lead for day to day program deliverables and the annual executive compensation process, supporting governance requirements, record keeping and reporting for the Board of Directors. The Specialist also provides program support to executive leaders and technical guidance to the HR Business Partners. In addition to supporting executive compensation, the Specialist is also responsible for the Employee Share Ownership Program, providing insights and design recommendations based on evolving best practices and program data analysis. The Advisor also acts as a senior supplementary resource for the compensation team.
