About Robby Hogle
Charles Darwin summed up businesses perfectly when he said “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent. It is the one that is most adaptable to change.” As a business leader, I understand the importance of thoughtful foresight and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-evolving technological world.I spent the first 10 years of my career in investment banking working closely with my clients to create value and navigate complex situations. There was nothing more satisfying than developing a relationship as a trusted advisor to the point of becoming a core part of the client’s team. I also enjoyed guiding, coaching and mentoring junior bankers to accelerate their careers.I remained staunchly people-focused as the Fathead CEO and took great care to retain jobs during significant restructurings. I maximized employee strengths and challenged team members to push beyond their limits. A culture that supports personal development, growth and promotion fosters loyal, high-performing and dynamic teams capable of adapting to the needs of the business.I helped guide ASI with my partner and CEO through an incredibly challenging time that included a transition to PE ownership in the middle of a DOJ investigation. Despite headwinds, the business never required the use of a credit line, increased annual employee retention from 40% to 60% and is positioned for long term growth following the conclusion of the DOJ investigation. It is critical to closely monitor competitive trends, customer feedback and internal dynamics. Doing so enables my organizations to be agile, responsive and innovative in a market that demands flawless delivery of core services and exploration of new adjacencies. While positioning a business strategically is an important ingredient to success, it is all for naught without great execution. Visionary ideas are a dime a dozen, but the execution of those ideas is what separates good from great companies. Execution requires a coordinated team and is driven through clear goals, actionable strategies, measurable KPI’s and a culture of coaching/accountability to effectively deliver on their customer promises.I look forward to building a great company from the ground up. The business will be guided by a clear vision and built by a strong team with a common set of core values.
