Responsible for the overall planning,scheduling,estimating,controlling,and implementation of repairs,upgrading,and renovations of the hotel property and facilities.ensuring all done according to approved designs and standards. Ensuring and coordination the effective and timely accomplishment of all undertakings and other contractor activities within the hotel.ensuring information on schedules are well-disseminated to avoid downtime and if not to keep it at a minimum.3. Responsible in Hand Over,plans,documents,and important correspondence of newly finished special projects,renovations,and building uprading works are turned-over prior to acceptance,and that they are properly kept and filed.4. Conduct bidding for various projects5. Conduct coordination meetings before startup of projects6.Proper site monitoring,coordination,supervision,and punch listing of various projects within the Hotel.Ensure also its safe accomplishment without the loss of life and property.7.Budgetting & Cost Control & Schedulling Analyze costing and estimation and write technical reports.
