Work with sales, marketing, and design group on new conceptual designs and complete analysis with production for feasibility. Coordinate color conformance system within the plant and conduct customer color approvals. Coordinate new die implementation including rotary die planning and purchasing. Manage large Capitol Appropriations Request including securing and assembling cost estimates and writing CAR for submission.Use MS Project to track large CAR projects and manage projects with all departments involved.Newest project is serving as the SME for production on the new GPI Monroe Plant coming online later this year. Working through specifications and FAT for production for all aspects of plant including pre-press, printing, cutting, finishing, and automation.
