Oversee all clinical care advancements within the agency. Within 4 months of hire, planned, developed, and launched Mon EMS’s first ever whole blood program and IV pumps.Oversee all education programs and staff, including initial EMT course (with a 100% first pass success rate on the NREMT exam), AHA courses, NAEMT courses, Field Training Officer courses, and recertification courses. Working to launch our own accredited in-house Paramedic education program by Fall 2026. Oversee all quality assurance and improvement programs and staff. Developed a Quality Management policy focused on Just Culture and building innovative dashboards and systems based on best practices. Oversee our Field Training and Education Program, including the hiring, continuous training, and implementation of our Field Training Officers. Implemented the science and practices from the Resuscitation Academy into a new cardiac arrest care bundle for our clinicians to enhance both the care and survival of cardiac arrest victims.Developed and built the agency’s learning management system via Canvas. Led a team in a collaborative process of selecting, developing, and training all personnel on a new electronic patient care reporting software.
