About Robby Luna
I have dealt with heavy industrial mechanical projects my entire career both internationally and domestically. I know what it takes to bring one in on time and under budget. I have worked on Power Plants including combined cycle both single and multi shaft, simple cycle, coal fired and wind. Large petroleum refineries and gas compressor stations. I have gone through pre construction planning, erection, construction, startup/commissioning support and plant maintenance. Perform well in outage type environment fast paced and under pressure. I am computer literate with major software systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Suretrak, P3 and/or P6 and have a working knowledge of Prolog, Citrix and GE PNET. I have experience in processing RFIs, Submittals, progress billings, Drawings, Specifications, producing and/or reviewing Inspection Reports, Construction Schedules, Punch lists, O&M Manuals. I am knowledgeable in construction practices including construction codes, cost breakdown, estimating, negotiating, and technical writing. Can read all blueprints, drawings, p & ids, schematics and isometrics. All ASME/AWS welding procedures/NDE testing applicable to construction. Knowledge of crane and rigging techniques and practices and am able to develop extensive critical lift plans. I am a Team Player and believe in personal and individual accountability.
