   Oversee and supervise the District\'s learning system (Curriculum, Instruction, Assessment, Intervention)-Lead data collection efforts for monitoring continuous improvement and producing measurable outcomes and gains-Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations to the Board of Education-Facilitate and direct district and school improvement efforts-Oversee State and Federal Grants from a fiscal and programmatic vantage point-Supervise the recruitment and retention efforts for the district, ensuring a fair and consistent process is in place for personnel affairs-Supervise operational department such as Transportation and Food Service to ensure compliance with all Local, State, and Federal laws-Oversee Title IX process and provide legal updates on a regular and on-going basis-Assist the Superintendent in developing and cultivate the vision and mission of the school district and its constituents-Remain responsive to the community and its stakeholders-Provide support for school leadership to effectively lead respective buildings-Oversee programming for English Learning in conjunction with county consortium-Assist in leading innovative thinking in moving the education profession forward
