Hi there, I\'m Rob! I\'m a thoughtful Product Designer who has been improving user interactions with their favorite media, tools, and services for over a decade. For the last few years I\'ve been designing for marketplaces, seller and creator tools, and media platforms. I really love working on just about anything that\'s directly consumer-facing though! My work philosophy centers around creating moments where technology enhances life effortlessly, ensuring a design that serves both user needs and business goals. I’m at my best in collaborative environments, especially within product-trio team structures that co-own business, design, and engineering aspects to drive high-impact solutions.Beyond design execution, I am deeply committed to mentorship, having guided emerging designers at Amazon, Teachers Pay Teachers, and Parsons School of Design. For the rest of this section, I\'ll just call out a highlight from each of my recent jobs and you\'ll find a lot more detail in the Experience section. — At DubClub, I lead product research and design, playing a pivotal role in scaling the platform from a seed-stage startup to a Series A venture. By implementing a cohesive design system I tripled delivery velocity, and transformed user onboarding processes, reducing activation time by 70%.Previously at Teachers Pay Teachers, I owned the design for the supply side of the largest marketplace for educators, launching features that increased gross merchandise value by 7% in one case and significantly enhanced seller workflows throughout.
