Canada\'s first publicly-traded EV Network, Hypercharge is on a mission to accelerate EV adoption by providing seamless, simple EV charging experiences through industry-leading integrations, equipment, and a robust network of public charging stations. As a member of the senior leadership team working collaboratively to set and execute on our goals, my portfolio includes building and leading the product management, network operations including driver support & site owner care, fulfillment, and configuration teams. My teams are focused on delivering industry-best customer experience, highly-integrated cloud services connecting multiple stakeholders\' platforms with the Hypercharge platform, providing exceptional uptime and reliability for our North American IoT network, providing hardware and software engineering, developing and managing key vendor relationships, and providing sales engineering support as new customer relationships are developed.
