ABOUT RICHARD ROBINSON

A history of managing, coaching, training and developing a team of financial advisors/ sales people, I have been instrumental in driving business\'s forward, and growing teams from the ground up. Coming from a sales back ground with a passion for the industry has enabled me to enthusiastically lead those I am fortunate to work with. A proven track record in sales management within financial services, I am used to working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, I can boast excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to identify training and development needs and provide the requisite coaching and support to develop a sales team. I have a strong technical knowledge of the Mortgage and protection market and have been able to proactively turn my experience in sales to a number of positions. My background in the forces has awarded me the ability to adapt my communication style to suit those I am dealing with be they perspective clients or colleagues.
