I’m a Director of Product Design with VP-level experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and shaping product vision at scale. For over 20 years, I’ve built design organizations and delivered products used by billions, from Meta’s digital ecosystem to Amazon’s Kindle to Apple’s hardware innovation.What sets me apart is my ability to zoom out to shape strategy with executives and drive business impact, then zoom in to refine the craft at the whiteboard or pixel-level. I move fluidly between defining vision for global platforms and rolling up my sleeves to prototype interactions, ensuring excellence at every level. This player-coach approach has been core to delivering experiences that drive engagement, strengthen brand identity, and create lasting value.As a leader, I’m deeply passionate about people. I focus on building high-performing teams where craftsmanship, collaboration, and accountability thrive. Mentoring future leaders and empowering designers to do the best work of their careers energizes me.
