Create, implement and manage employer relations strategic plan, outreach, and communications for the Career Center that improves the quality and increases the number of local and national employers who hire JD students.• Develop employer relationships for both (1) on-campus interview programs and (2) national off-campus interview programs in key cities around the country, including developing Midwest-California-Georgia Law School Consortium relationships, resources, and conducting employer outreach.• Manage the Minnesota Law Corporate Fellowship Program. Collaborate with corporate partners to craft fellowships based on unique specifications of corporate partner.• Partner with key Law School stakeholders, including Admissions Office, Office of Advancement, Corporate Institute, Law in Practice, and Clinics, to develop strong and meaningful contacts and relationships locally and nationally, and to educate on the pipeline of student to alumni related to employment goals and outcomes.• Actively participate in local and national professional associations on behalf of the Law School to champion the mission and success of the Law School to the legal community at large.• Collaborate with Career Center team on diversity and inclusion initiatives locally and nationally with goal of career success for our diverse law students.• Serve as Alumni Career Counselor on behalf of the Career Center. Coach alumni on developing strategies and tools for job search.• Supervise Recruitment & Diversity Coordinator and Career Center Executive Assistant
