   Worked with, debugged, developed, and troubleshot container and container orchestration systems including but not limited to Kubernetes components such as the kubelet, CRI-O, various Kubernetes/OpenShift operators in live customer environments.• Provided a deep understanding of orchestrated CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, Gitlab, Github, Pipelines, Ansible, and various other automatic build/deploy/test systems.• Provided architectural knowledge for new/upcoming client deployments, designing and making recommendations on deployments fitting to specific client needs in their CI/CD and product development.• Responsible for responding to the highest severity and most complex issues across multiple products and platforms, orchestrating debugging efforts, identifying problems, and orchestrating solutions to resolve those problems in both short-term fixes and directly developing product fixes.• Lead and developed a team of Software Maintenance Engineers and Technical Support Engineers for multi-product troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution across Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat OpenStack Platform, Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform, and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.• Technical involvement spanned any available problem; anything from to debugging microservice web applications running behind complex network environments to resolving system-level or performance issues with various kernel components.
