I\'ve chosen healthcare several times over as my life\'s work, starting as a youth volunteer at my local hospital (a Level 1 trauma center in Chicago) and eventually becoming a national executive recruiter in the acute care hospital industry. I became a certified resume writer in 2016 to help restructure my candidates\' resumes for greater impact, and my peer group transitioned from executive recruiters to career coaches. I loved my new group of colleagues. They were focused on their clients\' careers.not on making placements. The change was so refreshing.
