Hi, I’m Robbie. I\'m a Principal at Venture Real Estate Co.(VREC) in Cincinnati, Ohio.My partners and I invest alongside our private accredited investors to buy affordable apartments in the Midwest. We make them nice and then operate them in-house with our NAA Top Employer property management firm, Venture Communities. In 2013, we started our firm with one investor and an 11-unit apartment building in a tough part of town. It was a bear, but we figured it out. And of course, we were hooked.Fast forward 13+ years:• We’ve partnered with over 400 private investors• Acquired 3350+ apartment units (42 properties)• Acquired 300+ MHC pads• Executed 32 full-cycle deals• Hit pro forma on all of them• Never lost investor capital• Never capital-called investorsWe’re proud of our track record.
