Hi, I’m Robbie. I\'m a Principal at Venture Real Estate Co.(VREC) in Cincinnati, Ohio.My partners and I invest alongside our private accredited investors to buy affordable apartments in the Midwest. We make them nice and then operate them in-house with our NAA Top Employer property management firm, Venture Communities. In 2013, we started our firm with one investor and an 11-unit apartment building in a tough part of town. It was a bear, but we figured it out.
