Robbie is the founder of Connected Energy; a vertically integrated residential solar, roofing and finance company. The company specializes in the Tesla Solar Roof and related products which are not available to the general industry. With operations across the state of Texas; Connected Energy (through its channel relationship with Tesla Energy) provides its residential customers with superior renewable energy products, unmatched expertise and white glove customer service. Bailey co-founded Breakwater Energy Services in 2012 where as CEO; he led the company from a nacent start up with limited capital to become one of the largest privately held, vertically integrated, fluid management companies serving the onshore oil and gas industry. Prior to his exit in 2016 the company was operating out of nine service yards across the Eagleford and Permian Basins with 400 employees and strategic water rights with distribution easements creating significant multiple expansion. Additional professional accomplishments include the significant role he played in the start up and scale of 1. Frac Resources; acquired by Twin Eagle Sand logistics and 2. Ruckit; a disruptive technology company serving the trucking industry (acquired by industry leader in trucking technology sector).Bailey played college football at Texas A&M University where he graduated in 2002. Beginning his career in the commercial realestate industry; Bailey excelled as a commercial realestate broker at both Weingarten Realty Investors and NewQuest Properties and (with the mentorship from partners) played a key role in the development of retail shopping centers from 20••••11.He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Oilfield helping hands and numerous industry associations.
