   Offering a Health and Wellness Program to corporate employees. Getting people on bikes gives innumerable benefits to the rider, community and employer. Healthy employees are more productive and use less sick time. Riders get their daily exercise during their carbon neutral commute, saving time, money, and increasing their overall health and well being while travelling in an environmentally conscious way. You\'re more likely to interact with people and other riders when on a bike, and strengthening community and communication in the workplace adds to a more efficient and pleasant workflow which can lead to an increase in job satisfaction and a higher employee retention rate. In addition, E-bikes can help bridge the gap for those who have a physical limitation, are not currently in their best physical shape, have a hilly or long commute and want to avoid having to wear cycling specific clothing when showers are not present in the workplace.
