Managing programs under CDIO Office and working with CTO offices for solutions for all applications then educating all application teams on risks, dependencies, options and tracking to closure. •Member of Risk and Controls working groups with audit, risk and security teams where processes are translated to programs and remediation actions and new controls •Managing programs in cyber risk, strategic platforming and enterprise design standards. •Managing Investment Bank IT risk remediation projects in areas such as security, data and development build pipeline standards and EOL that impact the whole bank. •Key contact for coordinating Internal Audit for SDLC and other risk control processes. •Design and implementation of organisation wide JIRA reporting and evidencing process. •Vulnerability management which includes managing, coordinating work, solutioning with working groups and negotiating responsibilities with infrastructure and tech partner teams •Producing decks and reports used at risk committee and management committee forums. •Analysing impact reports to determine scope of the risk, presenting statistics, guidance and status updates to project partners to help guide them through the program of work •Liaising with contacts to interface with vendors like Microsoft on key project updates to coordinate milestone dates around risk items •Primarily focusing on Investment Bank IT programs of work but also involved in projects coordinating for Asset Management, Wealth Management and Group Functions divisions.
