ABOUT ROBBIE KERR
I am a Senior Manager in the Corporate Liability Restructuring team at PwC, focusing on both insurance transactions (primarily non-life run-off) and insurance / wider FS insolvency and distressed restructuring projects.I am an ACA qualified chartered accountant (since 2017) and have a wide range of experience in insurance, now with a focus on advising all sizes of (mainly) non-life insurers on potential exits / disposals of non-core business lines as well as capital relief driven transactions. I also have deep experience in insurance and broader FS distressed restructuring and insolvency work, including in particular constructing and implementing schemes of arrangement. I am JIEB dual qualified (March 2025) and expect to become a qualified Insolvency Practitioner.
