With a rich background as a Search Consultant, specializing in senior technical and managerial positions my expertise was in connecting successful top talent with industry leaders. My long tenure in recruitment gave me a deep understanding of both the needs of the working professional and the needs of hiring managers. During my recruitment experience I was recruiting internationally with non-native and native English speaking professionals and during covid I started doing English english lessons online to those working in an international environment and qualified as a TEFL english teacher. My specialist \'market\' now is working with non-native english speakers to help them get the best out of their careers.Great communication skills is at the core of my coaching however I cover all aspects of careers including; developing a long term Career strategy, creating effective online prescence, developing and practicing effective presentations, building standout resumes, developing and practicing high level interview competence, uncovering core career/job needs, developing emotional intelligence skills, building effective relationships at work, developing a valued network. My academic background back was in psychology, I did a Degree in Psychology and a Msc in Occupational Paychology. I have always been interested in the learning process and our ability to develop oursleves and acheive peak performance. I also have a professional teaching background in Tennis, Scuba Diving and snowboarding.
