I’m a healthcare leader with deep roots in mental health and a career that has spanned Epic implementation, clinical program design, and digital transformation. Currently serving as Director of Digital Healthcare at a Federally Qualified Health Center, I lead strategic initiatives that blend evidence-based processes with scalable innovation to reduce care variation, improve patient outcomes, and lower costs for both organizations and the communities we serve.I bring over two decades of experience in healthcare, with a focus on optimizing operations, managing clinical programs, and supporting frontline teams. I’ve successfully built and led high-performing teams, collaborated with physicians and clinical leaders, and delivered measurable results in cost reduction, program growth, and quality improvement.Outside the clinic walls, I write science fiction that explores many of the same themes that shape my professional world—technology, humanity, and what lies just beyond the edge of what we understand. I’m the author of two ongoing series: Seana Byrne and Stellar Reach, with multiple novels and short stories published.Whether I’m shaping a system or building a universe, my goal is the same: to ask better questions, challenge assumptions, and imagine a better future.
