Two keys to my success as a transformational leader: I impact organizations by bringing order into chaos, and I develop those around me to become the best versions of themselves. I have done this in both start-ups and established organizations where I turned around broken departments by implementing new processes to improve performance.I have had the opportunity to transform and lead global call centers with over employees and manage operating budgets >$700M, with a focus on customer delight and process improvement/call elimination. I have started up call centers, consolidated them, centralized them, and closed them in four different organizations.As a COO of a healthcare start-up, I had the opportunity to set up operating policies and procedures, but I also focused on building a strong operating culture – with a specific focus around emotional intelligence. My team worked in harmony together, and we achieved all ofour operating goals and targets.In addition, as the person called in to fix a number of large departments, I took a systems thinking approach in each of my turnarounds. These areas included Claims Administration (paying $2B+ in medical claims); Membership Administration (over 7 million members), and Human Resources (fixed a broken HR service center serving over 100k employees).
