About Robb Gray

As the director of policy and advocacy at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, I oversee a portfolio of grants, initiatives, and strategies that support racial equity, economic security, and child well-being. With over 20 years of experience in policy and advocacy, I work with lawmakers, policy organizations, and grassroots groups to advance issues and ideas that improve the lives of impacted communities.I leverage my skills in political campaigns, strategic communications, and policy analysis to build power and influence for our grantees and partners, and to shape public policies and narratives that foster a more just and inclusive society. Previously, I held senior positions at Arnold Ventures and the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, where I led teams of policy experts and advocates who engaged with federal, state, and local policymakers and stakeholders to advance reforms and innovations in health, criminal justice, education, and public finance. I am passionate about using my expertise and experience to make a positive difference in the world, especially for those who face systemic barriers and inequities.
