I was engaged as a Senior Business Analyst to work alongside an external commercial consultant to operationalise a new commercial framework.Key Responsibilities and Achievements• I created As-Is and To-Be process documentation of the contract award process for the new framework.• I created various document templates to be used during the contract award process (e.g. RFI, RFP and evaluation templates)• I arranged and met with framework suppliers, capturing their feedback. I collated the feedback and produced anonymised reports for NESO stakeholders• I supported the external commercial consultant to run pilot contract awards and documented lessons learnt to feed into process improvements
