ABOUT ROB SHELTON

Digital Experience Leader + Emergency Manager + Product Development/Management. A multi-faceted professional that devises best-in-class solutions for target audiences of any size and spearheads the execution strategies of emergency response plans in public safety, EMS, and healthcare sectors. As a first responder, I have served in a variety of roles including Lead EMT and Search & Rescue Manager for Idaho’s largest SAR agency. When I’m not deploying innovative solutions for businesses and public safety agencies, I’m a first responder that manages complex incidents with numerous AHJs in Idaho and the surrounding states. These experiences fuel my leadership style of empathy, patience, tenacity, and tactical efficiency.
