Joined Racecheck as Director of Sales & Business Development as part of the company\'s ambitious plans for growth. Racecheck is the world\'s leading review and feedback management platform for mass participation sports events, with over past participant reviews for over events globally. Our innovative B2B SaaS product is the Racecheck Review Box, an entirely proprietary review widget, which organisers use on their websites and sales channels as a way to boost traffic and sales. Our review box has also been shortlisted for the 2022 STA Sports Tech Award in the fitness & participation category. Our mission is to help create brilliantly organised sports events through the power of true constructive feedback, that promote active, healthy lifestyles and unforgettable memories with family and friends. My core role includes: • Establishing a high-performing sales process • Contributing to the setup and maintenance of our CRM and marketing automation • Distributing our innovative proprietary Racecheck Review Box and delivering value to organisers of mass participation sports events globally • Building sales enablement material • Utilising advanced analytics tools and user behaviour tools • Pitching, giving demos, and closing new business • Managing the pipeline and maintaining records in HubSpot • Optimising the growth funnel and accelerating the sales process • Monitoring customer activity on the Racecheck platform and providing clients with guidance • Staying up to date with trends in the endurance sport and mass participation events industry Racecheck has over 1,250+ world-class event organisers on the platform including The Great Run Company, Limelight Sports, Charlotte Marathon, PTO, Active Training World, Boulderthon, OSB Events, Frontrunner Events, Run Series, Challenging Events, RunThrough Events, Malibu Triathlon, ÖTILLÖ Swimrun, Castle Race Series, Ultra X, Challenge Family, XTRI World Tour, and Super League Triathlon.
