Current Client - IBMApplication Modernization Program Director responsible the portfolio/ program management for the integration of multiple workstreams in a 3-year effort to migrate IBM\'s client, Delta Air Lines, to the AWS Cloud.Past Clients - Delta Air Lines1) Technology Modernization Initiative: Program Director responsible for portfolio management of 39 programs categorized as compute, network, end user productivity, or airport hardware. Programs spanned across IT with a total budget of $143M. 2) Application Modernization Initiative: Program Director responsible for multi-year effort to retire 110 applications, technology upgrade 170 applications to modern hardware and latest versions of middleware and database, and move our Minneapolis based mainframe workload to new mainframes in Atlanta. Over 800+ IT resources were involved in this $89M effort.3) Data Center Disaster Recovery Initiative: Program Director responsible for the successful implementation of a new data center for disaster recovery. This was the top priority initiative across Delta Air Lines. Multi-year year effort to complete site selection, negotiate co-located data center, install hyper-converged infrastructure, fully implement 200+ mission and business critical applications, and backups for an additional 400 applications. IT resources were involved in this $250M effort.4) New Fleet Program: Program Manager responsible for all IT implementations required to onboard new aircraft fleets. Budget over $30M over a multi-year period. 5) zTPF Upgrade: Program Manager responsible for the upgrade of Delta’s Operations Support System and Reservations System to the new IBM zTPF operating system. Multi-year effort $55M effort involving 900 IT resources. Client- Electrolux North America: Program Management for the CRM Marketing portal program consolidation of 37 customer websites.
