Founder of United Futsal, formerly USA Futsal, the industry leader in promotion, education and organization of competitions for the sport of Futsal. December 2012 USA Futsal created the World Futsal Cup held in Spain featuring the top futsal clubs in the world. Participants have included FC Barcelona, Corinthians SC (Brasil), Santos (Brasil), Benfica (Portugal), Lazio (Italy), and top futsal teams from 5 continents. Widely regarded as the most prestigious youth futsal tournament in the world, the World Futsal Cup runs each Christmas from 27-30 December in Barcelona, Spain.June 27-30, 2013 USA Futsal won the bid to host the 2013 Intercontinental Futsal Cup in Greensboro, NC. Over 7,500 fans attended the 4 day event featuring the top 6 club futsal teams from around the world, including the World\'s Top Player Falcão, setting the North American record for attendance at a futsal event. A national youth event with 48 youth teams from more than 15 states was also held in conjunction.In January of 2018, USA Futsal was renamed United Futsal™ and expanded its offerings to partners and members on all 6 continents.
