I don\'t just talk about AI — I ship production systems with it, every day. I use AI tooling (Claude Code, Gemini, Copilot) as core engineering infrastructure — not as an experiment, but as the way I build, test, and deliver software at scale. I\'m proving this across three concurrent ventures: CTO of a healthcare platform, founder of an accounting SaaS, and principal of an IT consulting practice. What makes my AI experience different is that it\'s battle-tested. At Professional Performance Portfolio, I inherited a codebase with no CI/CD, no tests, and critical security bugs. Using AI-augmented development I single-handedly built a complete engineering system in 10 weeks — CI/CD, security scanning, IaC, 484 test files, 623 PRs merged, 97%+ type coverage. Not a demo. A live platform serving doctors across Australia and the UK. The reason AI works at this pace is DevOps discipline. AI generates code fast — but without CI/CD gates, TDD, and security scanning, fast is just fast-to-break.
