Farm business consultant and independent agronomist operating throughout the East Midlands. I specialise in farm business management, including budgets and cash flows, business structures including in hand farm enterprises, join ventures and machinery sharing, contract farming agreements and farm business tenancies. I also offer advice on Basic Farm payments and CAP reform, environmental schemes (ELS/HLS) and other grant applications (Catchments sensitive farming/Rural grants etc.)Involved with benchmarking of arable and farm businesses, striving to understand farm costs, to then review and improve farm performance. As an independent agronomist I advise on farms throughout the east midlands, advising on crop inputs, timings, products, crop rotations and variety choices. We offer a buying group to purchase inputs through and can benchmark prices to ensure business decisions are made correctly and efficiency.
