With over two decades at WellSky, my journey has evolved from spearheading legal frameworks to leading the Community Care division, while leading the legal and compliance teams. The dual role has sharpened my expertise in leadership, business operations, growth, M&A, building teams, litigation, compliance, regulatory, and working with private equity and other investors and business sponsors.At the helm of Community Care, I have lead teams that have delivered consistent growth in the United States and abroad. My teams have acquired and divested businesses and my P&L responsibility has grown to be more than $200 million in revenue with businesses that consistently achieve the \"rule of 50.\"

   I currently serve as president of WellSky’s diverse community care division, overseeing applications for behavioral health, homeless management, long-term services and supports, medication management, and blood management. I have also been responsible for many of WellSky’s other clinical applications, including home infusion and rehabilitation. When I joined WellSky (Mediware), I served as its vice president and general counsel, and I continue to serve as the company’s general counsel and oversee our regulatory and compliance team.
