I am a versatile and customer focused leader of People, Programmes, Projects and Change.I have excellent Programme Management skills (working within an MSP framework) including translating business strategies into workable programmes of works. Implementing and leading a culture of sustainable change through effective project management methodologies and approaches, business cases and budgets, teams and resources; setting goals, defining roles and producing schedules of tasks. Additionally, I have extensive experience as a Project Manager working in strategic, operational and change environments primarily using waterfall methodology (PRINCE2 practitioner) to control costs, time, quality, scope, benefits and risks to deliver successful products for organisations.I am a confident, engaging communicator, presenter and relationship builder who enjoys networking and collaborating within and across organisations to deliver results as effectively as possible.I am proficient and comfortable at influencing change throughout all organisational levels which is underpinned by a strong set of values, bringing a fresh and honest approach to building trusting relationships. I am seen as creative and to be always looking for opportunities to drive development or efficiencies.Having a supportive and inspiring leadership style I lead by example with strong critical decision making, influencing & mentoring teams and individuals at all levels to a high standard of performance, ensuring outstanding levels of engagement, motivation and ongoing development.
