In 2017, I began teaching improvisation to those with Down syndrome in the hopes the skills taught would increase social, workplace, and lifetime opportunities. In 2019, we cast the world\'s first all Down syndrome improvisation troupe, The Improvaneers, and by 2020 we formed The Improvaneer Method and were teaching over 500 participants each week either online or in person. Along with my amazing team, we will continue to grow this program so that anyone with a developmental disability can experience the fun of this program and learn important skills that will benefit their lives in so many ways.
