A well-established Leader of people within the IT Managed Service Provider sector, Service Delivery professional and Project Manager that’s passionate about progressive culture and creating an environment where people thrive. I take pleasure in seeing those around me fulfill their potential and push their boundaries whilst “getting things done”.I\'m passionate about motivating those around me and see the best in people. I\'m an optimist and never hold grudges. Outcome driven and technically minded. and I love a good network diagram or whiteboard!When designing or delivering services I believe it\'s essential to know your audience and speak the same language as your client. I believe processes and governance should be built around delivery models. not the other way around.There is no one size fits all with projects, I thoroughly enjoy a classic waterfall project but equally love an Agile delivered project when delivered at pace.With experience in IT Sales, Service & Project Mgmt, Acquisitions, Integrations, Strategic Projects and with the benefit of some fantastic mentors in my career. I\'m building momentum and definitely have my best years ahead of me.
