   Led international teams remotely to implement the latest Cisco Systems equipment for Mass General Brigham hospital’s infrastructure. Managed two international teams to upgrade more than 400 network closets project supporting multiple large hospital complexes. Collaborated with hospital coordinators to inventory devices, create IP pools for the network, verify circuit layouts, assemble a bill of materials (BOM) for each closet to procure equipment, manage change control, and lead equipment migrations. All project teams achieved a 100% success rate during migrations.
