Rob is a manager in EY\'s Insurance and Federal Claims Services (IFCS) practice in Washington, DC. Recently at EY, he assisted a Tennessee state agency that is managing approximately $1.3 billion of ARPA State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF). Rob supported the client with key activities such as contracting with subrecipients, application reviews, procurement reviews, and risk assessments. He also assisted a grantee in the Virgin Islands with oversight, compliance and financial recovery associated with HUD\'s CDBG-DR program as a result of Hurricanes Irma and Maria. This work included assisting with ongoing monitoring, capacity assessments, assessments of procurements for compliance with federal and local requirements, and assisting the grantee with pre-award support, development of policies and procedures, development of cost estimates, and ongoing support for the CDBG-DR grant and FEMA Public Assistance programs. Additionally, Rob assisted a government agency in Puerto Rico in developing templates for project monitoring visits and reporting memorandums.
