Part of USL Championship, the Charleston Battery are the oldest continuously run professional soccer club in the United States. On October 30th, 2019 our ownership group (HCFC, LLC) took control of this historic club. Since their founding in 1993, the Battery have won four championships (1996, 2003, 2010 and 2012). In 2023 we completed the largest turnaround in League history on our way to an Eastern Conference Championship. Stay tuned for our drive for a 5th in 2025.
