Mortgage Loan Originator since 1997, Have closed on average of $20 million in mortgages per year covering a wide range of products: conventional, FHA, VA, USDA which include both purchases and refinances. I handle all aspects of the loan process from counselling on best products/plans through the processing of the approval on a daily basis until we reach closing. I work closely with attorneys to ensure figures and settlement statements are prepared and reviewed as early as possible to make sure everything matches expectations set by our Good Faith Estimate. In addition, I will always make sure that if I cannot directly help my clients that I will refer them to someone who may be able to and also review other estimates provided to best help with apples to apples comparisons. My business is built strictly on referrals so making sure I handle every loan as perfectly as possible is the only way to allow this to best be possible.Specialties: All products: Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA.
