Some of my experience is detailed below but not limited to: • Oversee vendors in the Short Sale, Loss Mitigation and Collections business areas; responsible for their performance tracking, growth of business relationships and mitigation of risks associated with those relationships • Through the development of individual Vendor Level Quality Plans, ensured that all internal and vendor deliverables were met in a timely manner • Established partnerships within the Vendor Management organization; particularly with the Lines of Business, Operational Risk, Governance, Compliance and Internal Legal business groups • Oversee 3 staffs totaling 33 associates - responsible for the training, ongoing development and overall performance of our business unit. • Developed monthly reporting tools for Senior Management for: business trending, planning, costs analysis and volumes tracking • Liaison for Foreclosure specific vendor relationships and responsible for reporting to senior management on vendor performance • Engaged IT partners to create automation for: uploading foreclosure referrals, processing check log intake and application along with original loan document intake and processing. With this automation accompanied reporting for tracking and trending • Line of Business and Subject Matter Expert relative to all federal and state legislation initiatives as they were received by Bank of America. Developed an intake and tracking system for regulatory adherence. Initiated and participated in projects to meet the needs of each legislative or regulatory directive.

Also, I show others how to manage an internet franchise from home; without it interfering with their careers, family obligations or other interests.
