My primary responsibilities include providing investment banking, board advisory, and transaction opinion services. I have more than 25 years of experience advising public and private companies on mergers & acquisitions, dispositions & spin-offs, capital raising, assessing strategic alternatives, and addressing complex corporate governance issues in a variety of industries.My clients have included American Airlines; Clear Channel; DigitalBridge; Kodak; Starwood; Veolia; Athene Holding; Allstate; FGL Holdings; Eaton Vance; GE Capital; Nationwide; Security Benefit; Abercrombie & Fitch; Martha Stewart; Tory Burch; Inspire Brands; Lukoil; Teekay; Overseas Shipholding Group; KAYAK; Orbitz; and Travelport, among others.
