Currently managing a portfolio of clients with full P&L responsibilities reporting to the head of Securities and Capital Markets for North America. Worked with existing clients to understand their business needs and propose solutions for strategic business objectives (utilizing a broad range of solutions including Infrastructure Services, Applications Management and Development, Consulting, Business Process Outsourcing) Accountable for all aspects of Client Relationship and key account Strategic Planning at all appropriate organizational levels (CEO, CIO, CAO, VP, Senior Business Management team). Provide oversight of delivery teams with insights into clients needs and expectations. Monitor / coordinate Service Delivery activities (ITSM/ITIL) to assigned accounts by working with delivery teams to ensure Service Level commitments (SOW/SLA\'s)/ contracts and Client Satisfaction expectations are met.
