   I am currently a Regional Facilities Manager for KinderCare Education. My region includes, D.C, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. I am a driven, focused and resourceful manager offering a broad base of experience in facilities capital improvement planning and maintenance. Extensive experience in regional/multi-site and residential property management. Leader among peers in team development, relationship building and problem solving. Consistently meets and exceeds goals set by supervisors and myself. Recognized by supervisors and peers for exceptional performance and service.I am responsible for 300 child care facilities in 12 states and lead a crew consisting of two managers and 23 in-house maintenance technicians, along with many outsourced vendors. I oversee all building, grounds, janitorial and maintenance related issues. I Budget for, and manage all capital renovation projects. I communicate and work very closely with Regional Vice President\'s as well as 21 District Managers to ensure that our buildings are safe and comfortable for the children and families we serve.
