ABOUT ROB PEARCE
A manager with extensive experience in creating positive change in a local community through the leadership and management of a medium sized team. Looking to connect with like minded individuals to share knowledge and best practice. I am passionate about creating positive, sustainable change with the recipient at the heart of strategic development. I have initially developed skills within the sports development industry where I manage a Sport England project engaging people with a disability into physical activity. This progressed on to the management of community focussed projects, working with multiple agencies and a range of individuals to create positive change for those who need it most. I continue to develop my skills and knowledge in creating and implementing the strategic direction for at Saints Foundation as Head of Project Operations. Outside of work I am keen to make the most of the outdoors, often found hacking my way around the golf course. I also enjoy completing the odd DIY job and listening to acoustic covers.
