Leading EHS Operations for automotive, solar, and energy storage products manufacturing, engineering and facilities at Gigafactory Nevada (Reno, NV Area) and Gigafactory New York (Buffalo, NY). I collaborate with site and function leaders to embed EHS-ownership into business operations, and I structure my EHS management system on engagement, continuous improvement, and front-loaded accountability (blending the best of ISO 14001/45001 & OSHA VPP).I provide technical expertise in ergonomics, battery manufacturing safety (from cell to pack), automobile assembly safety, automation safety, injury response & prevention, industrial hygiene management, emergency response, EHS training, regulatory agency management, OSHA and environmental regulatory compliance assurance, and EHS management systems.
